own music industry information and careers day. Held at Artsync
in Nambour on August 26th,
Explode played host to many of the sunny coasts' young emerging
performers and music industry representatives.The Sunshine Coast
Music Industry Awards topped the successful days events off.

The forum panel
MUSIC VIDEO PROJECT 20 Young Film-makers
through July participated with the production of a music
video clip for local band 'The Blackwater Fever'. Mentored
by James Muller from Earthbase Productions, the participants
gained skills in creative planning, camera techniques
and lighting.The music video project was made possible
through the Caloundra City Councils RADF Grant.

Show on June 15th, 16th & 17th.Twenty bands competed
for prizes such as a PA System from Shake it up music,
A Recording package from Elevenpm Studios and a promotional
package from Evoke Management.
